The Palmetto State Armory Gen2 KS-47 Shockwave Pistol is chambered in 7.62×39 and is semi automatic. Based on the AR-15, the Palmetto State Armory KS-47 G2 uses the same modular structure, accuracy and precision as the AR platform, but with the stopping power of the AK47 and the option of a magazine. With an AR-style platform, the KS-47 G2 allows AK shooters to make use of their AK magazines and AK ammunition. The KS-47 G2 has an AR-style modular configuration. It consists of a barreled lower receiver and a lower receiver housing the magazine and fire control group. Customers can have multiple barrel configurations using one lower receiver by simply releasing two pins. Other key features include a carbine handguard, enhanced polished trigger and a KAK Shockwave Blade. This small but hard hitting pistol makes a great compact home defense pistol.

BCG: The new TC-E KS-47 Bolt carrier group features a new and improved Toolcraft enhanced extractor for durability. Featuring an extended firing pin and designed to work with AK-47 magazines, the carrier is made of nitride-treated 8620 steel, and the gas key is attached with grade 8 bolts and properly staked. The bolt has been redesigned to function properly with most AK-47 magazines. The bolt is mag phosphate coated Carpenter 158 steel.

Magazine: The KS-47 G2 comes with one Magpul 30 round AK-47 magazine (where allowed by law). The new Gen2 KS-47 has been tested and is guaranteed to work with the following AK-47 magazines:
