AR15 .223 Wylde 20″ Premiuam Match Upper Receiver. Each stripped receiver is first lapped to ensure proper straightness and barrel fitment to each extension. After fitment is complete, feed ramps can be matched to each receiver then polished. This ensures a smooth transition from chamber to magazine for every round. After the extensions have been fitted to each barrel and receiver, they are torqued to spec. After installation, gas blocks are checked for alignment. Bolt carrier groups undergo inspection to ensure that they work properly. Gas key bores are checked and smooth firing pin operations are performed. To insure proper ignition and avoid ligh primer strikes, the fire pin protrusion must be measured and adjusted as necessary.
